Asador de Aranda: Typical Spanish!

This wonderful restaurant, Asador de Aranda Tibidabo, is located in the northern area of Barcelona (below to the Tibidabo amusement park) being a clear example of the best quality cuisine you can find in the whole of Spain.
 
With traditional recipes from the lands of Castille, where grazing is a way of life, the best of its cuisine revolves around the yearling sheep. The delicious roast lamb in clay oven is the restaurant's specialty. A simple but superb technique maintains the same traditional way being used for centuries. 
 
There is little more to accompany this natural and exquisite meat dishes and starters but, of course, good appetite and a red wine on the table.
